1.2 Coordinated and Simultaneous Promotion of New Urbanization

The coordinated interactive development of the construction of new urbanization and coordinated interactive development of regional blocks are the key to the construction of a moderately prosperous society; for the construction of new urbanization to lead the coordinated development of each region is indispensable for the initiation of modernization in China. Urbanization around the world surging, economic globalization progressing to a new stage, against such a background, as an important part of modernization, new urbanization is loaded with unprecedented historical missions.

What is coordinated development of new urbanization? It is the adherence to the guiding function of the notion of scientific development, abiding by the notion and principles of “everything for the people” and “eco-civilization” simultaneously realizing industrialization, information, urbanization and agricultural modernization, comprehensively improving the quality and standard of the development of urbanization to realize integrated development of urban and rural areas, the coordinated development between different regions and the mutual benefit between industry and agriculture, an urbanization with Chinese characteristics that is intensive, intelligent, green and low carbon.
